How much space do you need?

All eight sizes are built from 2 m steel modules, 2.15 m tall inside. Not sure? Use the storage calculator and it will bring you back here with the right size chosen.

How long do you need it?

Every hire runs week to week after the initial period, so you can keep the unit for as long as you like. Paying six or twelve months up front cuts the installation and de-installation charges.

Add Absorpoles?

Absorpoles manage the natural humidity changes inside a steel unit and give extra protection to furniture, fabrics, electronics and boxed household items. No power needed and fully recyclable. £25 + VAT each.

Is the price on screen the price I pay?

Yes. The quote itemises the weekly hire for the initial period, the 10% online discount, installation, any Absorpoles and VAT. Delivery transport is worked out from your postcode: within 30 miles of our Luton depot it is included, beyond that it is £2 + VAT per mile each way, plus any tolls, crossings or London charges on the route, all shown on the written quote before you book.

What is not included in the pay-now figure?

De-installation and the collection transport are billed when we come to collect, not up front. After the initial period, the weekly hire is billed every four weeks for as long as you keep the unit.

How do the upfront discounts work?

Pay six months up front and installation and de-installation are 50% off. Pay twelve months up front and both are free. Every hire, whatever the initial period, then runs week to week.

Do I have to book when I get the quote?

No. The quote is emailed to you with a link to view the breakdown and book online whenever you are ready. It is valid for 28 days and there is no obligation.

How do I pay?

Book online and pay by card through Stripe, or set up a Direct Debit for the ongoing hire. Card payments are accepted for the initial payment, and Direct Debit is our preferred method for the four-weekly billing.

How much notice do you need?

Around 7 days' notice for installation as standard, although shorter timescales are often possible depending on availability. Give us 7 working days' notice when you want the unit collected.
